TRUNK RECLAMTION FOR LUMBER

Paul Bauman’s Tree Service provides milling services for Redwood and Douglas Fir Trees that yields boards and planks good for decking, fencing, and framing. We have experience removing trees over 300 feet tall and managing the trunk reclamation process.

Reclamation is a multi-step process:
1 Removal of the tree trunk
2 Moving of the trunk sections to an onsite milling or loading area
3 Use of portable saw mill to rough cut trunks for larger diameter trees
4 Transport of raw lumber to a lumber mill
5 Cutting of lumber to finish specifications
